Welcome, I'm glad you are here. My name is Scott Austin and I love being a Real Estate Agent. One of the largest purchases we will make in life will be for our own homes. It is such a big and important decision and I would love to be a part of that with you.
I have worked in many different industries and I bring all of that knowledge to the table to help you find your next home, sell your home and reach your dreams. I have spent time in the following industries:

To work in these industries they require a certain set of skills that are learned, developed and built upon. Now that I am in real estate I bring those skill sets in a streamlined and efficient manner are used to help you achieve your real estate needs.

On a personal note, I have lived the Denver Metro Area for over 30 years. I grew up in Parker and have a deep understanding of the community, schools, and the wonderful Colorado atmosphere. I have explored nearly every part of Colorado and love the great attractions it has to offer.
I have an amazing wife who has supported me in my career and has a love for staging and home decorating and the value those bring to real estate.
We have 3 boys and they are a handful! Chaos. And I wouldn't have it any other way. We love life and enjoy watching our boys grow, learn and adapt to this crazy life.
We have a little 40-acre farm and enjoy growing our herd of different animals. There's no better way to say it than we are living our dream.
Real Estate is not always easy, but it's so worth it and I can help you get to your dream as well!

Accredited Buyers Rep.
This 2-day course and additional courses helps realtors develop skills that will assist buyers in the buying process. Learning the ins and outs of the buying process can give buyers an edge in getting the house of their dreams in a seller's market or hot buying season.
How to Appraise Like an Appraiser
This course helps realtors price a listing appropriately and with exactness. This course also teaches important skills in how to speak with appraisers. This class was priceless and well worth the time spent.
GRI 101: Appraising for Real Estate Licensees
This course was a basic appraising class, but teaches important fundamentals on the appraisal process. Having these skills allows realtors to gain an advantage for sellers and how to approach a possible poor appraisal.
Avoiding the Aggravations of Home Inspections
Inspections are one of the biggest headaches buyers and sellers can run into. This course teaches all about the services offered, importance of licensed inspectors, and purchasing the right add-ons for the inspection service.
